Pocket VHS Refund Policy
At Pocket VHS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
Returns & Refunds:
- Time Frame: You have 15 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Process: Contact us at pocketvhstore@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product. We'll provide instructions on where to send returned goods. Please attach images of the faulty product.
- Inspection: Once we receive the return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- Refund: Approved refunds are processed, and a credit is applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at pocketvhstore@gmail.com for further instructions.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
